These terms apply to inspilayer.com and products operated by InspiLayer LLC unless a product-specific agreement says otherwise.

Use of our services

You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the services, other users, security controls, or third-party systems.

Accounts and integrations

You are responsible for information and credentials you choose to provide to connected services and for ensuring you are authorized to connect any third-party account or league. You remain responsible for your activity under your account.

Product information

Draft Chad and other software products provide analytical and decision-support information. Outputs may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect and should not be treated as guarantees of results.

Manufacturing

InspiLayer Manufacturing is currently in development. Any future manufacturing orders, specifications, tolerances, delivery commitments, or warranties may be governed by additional order-specific terms.

Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features as products evolve. We work to keep services reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Intellectual property

InspiLayer products, branding, software, interfaces, and original content are owned by InspiLayer LLC or its licensors. Third-party names and services remain the property of their respective owners.

Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, services are provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. InspiLayer LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the services.

Changes

We may update these terms as our products change. Continued use after an updated version is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
